Support workload checker: is your team stretched too thin?
A busy queue wears people down long before anyone says so. Enter one agent's typical month to see which part of the workload is heaviest and what to change first.
Workload

Score (out of 12)
5
Daily volume: 128% of a comfortable day

Hard tickets: 30% upsetting or complex

Weekend shifts: 2 a month

Overtime: 3 hours a week

Some strain is building. Pick the worst signal below and fix that one: rotate hard tickets, cap overtime or share weekend shifts. The heaviest signal is daily volume.
This checks the workload, not a person's health. Talk to your team; a number is a prompt for that conversation.
Questions
What does this check?
Four signals of strain on one agent: daily volume against a comfortable day, the share of hard tickets, weekend shifts and overtime. Each scores 0 to 3 and the total shows whether to relax, watch or act.
Is this a burnout test?
No. It checks the workload, not anyone's health. Burnout depends on many things this cannot see. Use the result to start a conversation with your team.
What counts as a hard ticket?
Anything that takes extra emotional or mental effort: angry customers, sensitive cases, long investigations. Let agents tell you what feels hard rather than guessing.
What should I change first?
Fix the heaviest signal. Rotate hard tickets so no one takes them all, cap overtime, share weekend shifts fairly, and cut volume with better help center answers.
Is anything I type saved?
No. The check runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
