A good support signature says who you are and when customers will hear back, and nothing more. Fill in your details to get a signature you can paste into your email program.

Questions
What should a support email signature include?
Your name and role, the company, one way to reach you, and your support hours. A link to your help center saves customers a ticket. Leave out quotes, logos in many colours and long legal text.
Why include support hours?
It tells customers when to expect an answer, so a reply sent at night does not read as ignored. Only list hours you keep.
How do I add the HTML signature?
Open your email program's signature settings and paste the HTML into the signature box. Programs that only offer a rich text box accept the preview if you copy it from the page instead. Send yourself a test to check how it looks.
Does the plain text version matter?
Yes. Some customers read mail as plain text, and help desks often send plain text replies. The plain version carries the same details without formatting.
Is anything I type saved?
No. The signature is built in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
