Support coverage hours planner for customers in many time zones
If customers are spread across time zones, your open hours cover each region differently. Enter your hours and where customers are to see the gaps before you plan a shift or a hire.

North America: 8am to 10pm covered

Europe: 8am to 10pm covered

Asia Pacific: 8am to 10pm covered

Daytime means 8am to 10pm where the customer is. The weakest region is Asia Pacific. Before hiring, check whether a later shift, a split shift or an auto-reply that sets the reply time would close the gap.
Questions
How is coverage worked out?
For each region the tool counts how many of the 14 hours between 8am and 10pm, local time, fall inside your open hours. The overall figure weights each region by its share of your customers.
Do I need to cover every hour?
Usually not. Most small teams cover the daytime of their biggest regions and tell everyone else when to expect a reply. Customers accept a clear promise better than a vague one.
What if my hours cross midnight?
Enter a close hour that is earlier than the open hour, such as open at 20 and close at 4. The tool treats that as one overnight window.
How do I fill a gap without hiring?
Move one person's shift later, add a short split shift, use an after-hours auto-reply that states the reply time, and put common answers in the help center so customers can solve things alone.
Is anything I type saved?
No. The coverage is worked out in your browser and nothing is uploaded.
