How Flatdesk compares, including where it doesn't win.
Flatdesk isn't the cheapest seat. Its AI bill just can't jump: AI answers come with every seat and the AI pauses at the cap. Here's what the same teams pay elsewhere.

Questions
Is Flatdesk the cheapest help desk?
Not always. Flatdesk costs $39 per agent billed yearly or $49 monthly, with 100 AI answers per agent included. Some rivals have a cheaper seat but bill AI on top, so the monthly total depends on how many conversations the AI handles.
How recent are the competitor prices?
They are list prices checked 2026-10-13, and Hiver and LiveAgent and HelpDesk and Re:amaze and Crisp on 2026-10-11, with annual billing where the vendor offers it. Each comparison page lists its sources.
Who should stay with their current help desk?
Each comparison says where the other tool is stronger and who should stay. Flatdesk is built for email and chat teams of about 3 to 15 agents, so larger suites and phone-heavy teams are often better served elsewhere.
