Questions
What makes a support reply easy to read?
Short sentences, plain words and the answer near the top. Most customers read on a phone between other tasks.
What is a good sentence length?
An average under 18 words works well for support. A few longer sentences are fine, but several above 25 words make a reply hard to follow.
Why flag stock phrases?
Phrases such as kindly note or going forward sound like a template. Plain wording sounds like a person and builds trust.
Does this check tone or grammar?
No. It counts words and sentences and looks for a short list of stock phrases. Tone and accuracy still need a human read.
Is my text stored anywhere?
No. The check runs in your browser and nothing is sent to a server.
