State the rule first

Say how many guests are allowed and how often.

List anything they must sign, bring or book.

Say whether guests pay and how, so nobody is surprised at the door.

Note peak times or events when guest passes do not apply.

If the guest likes it, point to a trial or joining option.

Put it in your help center and link it in your reply.

Only if your rules say so. Otherwise, explain that each pass is for one person.

State your family rule separately so it is not confused with guest passes.
