One team, one inbox, a separate face for each client

An agency answering for several clients needs each reply to look like it came from that client, without paying for a help desk per client. Flatdesk brands give each client their own address, sender name, chat widget and help center inside one account at $49 per agent per month, or $39 billed yearly.

What it does for this

  • A brand for each client

Each brand has its own support address, sender name, colors, chat widget and help center. Customers see the client, not you.

  • One queue for your team

Email and chat from every brand land in the same inbox, so a small team can cover many clients. Filter by brand or tag when you want one client at a time.

  • Macros and AI per client

Give each brand its own AI instructions and reply templates, so the AI answers in the client's voice from the client's help articles.

  • Client viewers cost nothing

An admin can make a member a viewer. Viewers can read every ticket and report but can't reply or change anything, and they aren't billed.

  • Reports to share

Response times and volume reports you can export, so you can show a client what their support looked like this month.

Where it falls short

If you need these today, another help desk fits better.

  • Brands share one team and one set of agent seats. There are no per-client logins that only see their own tickets, apart from read-only viewers who see all of them.
  • Billing is one subscription for the account. Flatdesk doesn't split an invoice by client.

Questions

Do customers see Flatdesk?

Replies go out from the brand's own address and sender name, and the help center uses the brand's name and colors. The help center footer credit can be hidden.

Can a client see their own tickets?

Only as a read-only viewer, who sees every ticket in the account. Per-client logins that are limited to one brand aren't built.

Are brands extra?

No. Brands are part of the plan; you pay per agent seat.
